White Breasted Owl in Zoo

Seeing the Owl through glass at Discovery Park Zoo in Tacoma, WA. I feel a little discomfort of his cage. The Cage just didn't look wild or free, but just a primitive place to keep an Owl. The Zookeepers know best.
